Before the first month
How we onboard you.
From the moment you sign up until your first published post, we follow a clear process so your start is fast and friction-free.
Close and payment agreement
We formalize the service: we define the amount, the payment frequency (weekly, biweekly or monthly) and confirm the first payment before starting.
Communication channel
We create a WhatsApp group with you, the Project Manager, and the Director. That group is the official channel to receive updates, make requests, and get feedback — no emails or back-and-forth.
We prepare everything internally
Before the first work day, we organize your folder, create your templates and request the necessary access to your social media — so there are no delays when we start.
We're off!
We book the first Creative Session to plan the month, then the Script Session and finally the Recording Session. From this point on, the monthly cycle runs on its own.

We create and validate the scripts for each video together with the client before recording.
Content Session
We record all the month's content in a single day — minimizing the time we take away from the business.

Posting and Management
We post on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We manage the community and respond to interactions.
Analysis and Next Month
We review metrics, identify what worked and kick off the next month's cycle.
