Fee payment
The initial $2,000 MXN fee is paid to formalize the service.
Data collection
We send a form with all the necessary information: business details, owner, logo and description of products/services.
PASE account creation
We create the account in the IMPI Virtual system using the owner's CURP. The client will receive a code on their phone and a link by email.
Feasibility search
We research the Nice class, description and name to detect similar trademarks already registered. We present a report to the client.
Strategic advisory
We define the correct class based on the line of business and the most suitable protection strategy.
Application filing
We prepare and organize all the documentation, filing the complete application in the IMPI Virtual system.
Submission to IMPI
The client pays the official fee (~$2,800–$2,900 MXN) and the application is formally submitted.
Follow-up until resolution
We follow up on the process. In case of additional requirements, we support the client with no extra fees.

What if IMPI requires something extra?
